Google Calendar

First up is Google Calendar. I mean, who hasn't heard of it? It's already part of your email setup. While it may not have all the bells and whistles like some tools, it's perfect for setting up meetings and sending reminders. The best part? It seamlessly integrates with a host of other productivity tools that we rely on.

If you're using Google Workspace setting up an Appointment Schedule is a breeze.

To schedule appointments using Google Calendar simply open the calendar. Click on the "+ Create" button. From there select "Appointment Schedule”, from the menu.

Picktime

Picktime offers a version with unlimited appointments available and allows for three team members as well, as two locations selection. Additionally it provides integrations. Is incredibly easy to set up and use.

In summary Picktime gives users the opportunity to start for free and upgrade later if desired. While it may not be the option out there its user friendly interface makes scheduling hassle free.

UserZoom
